Moss Armor Set upgrade cost (to Lv.20) and reinforcement

Each piece can be upgraded to Lv.20 at the Upgrade Station with Ancient Coins and materials. Reinforcing at the Salvage and Repair Station doubles durability and raises effect values by about 15%.
