  1. Use melee build gear

    Stormbringer is a lightning weapon that deals melee damage, so gear that raises melee attack speed and melee damage suits it.

  2. Mining damage adds to its damage

    The Mining talent "Miner's strength" adds part of your mining damage to melee damage. Mining damage gear raises it further.

  3. It never breaks

    It has no durability, so it never breaks and is also handy for leveling Mining. It cannot be reinforced.
