Skull set bonus: how many pieces do you need?

Wearing the required number of pieces from the same set at once adds an extra effect (the set bonus). The Skull Set gives:

• 3 pieces: All nearby enemies burn for 45 damage every other sec

Is the Skull Set good? Rating by build

For each build we take the strongest loadout (gear and food), swap in the Skull Set pieces (with the set bonus) and calculate the damage. Damage is relative to the strongest loadout (= 100), and the rank is out of all 70 sets.

The Skull Set fits summoner builds best (#8 of all sets). It is a lower-level set, so even if it is strong when you get it, you will usually upgrade it or move to a higher-level set later in the game.

Skull Set upgrade cost (to Lv.20) and reinforcement

Each piece can be upgraded to Lv.20 at the Upgrade Station with Ancient Coins and materials. Reinforcing at the Salvage and Repair Station doubles durability and raises effect values by about 15%.
