What Oracle Cards Are For: Oracle Deck Recipe and Effects
- Recipe: hold one of each of the 9 Oracle Cards and use Thread of Fate to make it.
- Slot: off-hand.
- Effects (Lv.20): +63 max health, +5.8 health every sec to you and all nearby allies
- Crafting it unlocks the achievement "The Heart of the Cards".
