Final boss fight tips

  • Three orbs shield it: three orbs circle the boss 6 to 9 tiles away, and the boss takes no damage while they are up. A destroyed orb drops to the floor and keeps shooting electric bolts, so don't stand next to it.
  • Break all three to stun it: once the last orb falls, the boss is stunned and open to damage for a while. Then the orbs come back at full health and the cycle starts again, so save your strongest attacks for the stun.
  • Second phase at half health: at 50% health it turns into the Unleashed Core Commander (a 10-second transition) and the fight continues. The orbs return in this phase too, and they circle faster as the fight goes on.

See the Core Commander page for its attacks and drops.
